Shops may enter customer information into Shop Helper AI in connection with an order, including name, phone number, email address, order details, design files, and payment or invoice information related to that order.
We use this information to operate Shop Helper AI for the shop, including creating orders, invoices, design proof links, and sending transactional notifications the shop requests.
When a customer provides a mobile phone number to a shop for an order (in person, by phone, or through Shop Helper AI), the shop may use Shop Helper AI to send transactional text messages about that order only. Examples include invoice links, design proof approval links, and ready/pickup notices.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers and messaging providers may process messages only as needed to deliver the service.
We do not sell customer personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Shop Helper AI (such as hosting, email, or SMS delivery), only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Order and customer records are retained as needed for the shop’s business use of Shop Helper AI and may be deleted when the shop removes them or closes their account, subject to backup and legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Customers may contact the shop that texted them to update or remove their information, or reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Shops may contact us to update account information.
