These Terms govern use of Shop Helper AI (“the Service”) provided by Max Meridian AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Shop Helper AI helps print shops manage orders, customers, invoices, design proofs, and related transactional notifications, including SMS when configured.
You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy of information you enter, and activity under your account. You must use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
If you send SMS or email through the Service, you agree that:
Paid plans, SMS carrier fees, and third-party charges (such as Twilio or Stripe) may apply as shown in your account or provider billing.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or violate carrier or messaging regulations (including A2P 10DLC requirements).
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of SMS or email, which depend on carriers and third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Meridian AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
