SMS Messaging Consent (Call to Action)

Shop Helper AI by Max Meridian AI · Used by shops such as Southern Dream · Last updated: July 12, 2026

This page documents how customers consent to receive transactional SMS messages sent through Shop Helper AI. Reviewers can use this page to verify the Call to Action / message flow for A2P 10DLC registration.

Who sends the messages

Messages are sent on behalf of the print shop that collected the customer’s phone number (for example, Southern Dream). Message bodies identify the shop by name. Texts are sent from Shop Helper AI’s messaging number for that shop’s transactional notifications.

Call to Action — how customers opt in

Customers opt in when they provide a mobile phone number for an order. Consent happens in one of these ways:

Disclosure shown / read when collecting a mobile number: “By providing your mobile number, you agree that [Shop Name] may text you transactional updates about this order, including invoices, design proof approval links, and ready/pickup notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”

What messages are sent

These are transactional only — not marketing blasts. Message frequency varies by order activity.

Opt-out & help

Reply STOP to cancel further texts. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
