How a ticket gets built
A customer calls. You open a new order and talk, or you type it in. The helper asks what production still needs. When the specs are complete, you save it.
Talk or type
Use the keyboard or the microphone. Same helper either way. It turns the conversation into the order.
It keeps asking
Customer, blank, sizes, color, due date, price, tax, and proof. If a piece is missing, it does not let the ticket close.
Then you save
The helper will not save until those production specs are complete. That is the point. You should not start a job and then call the customer back.
Your customers do not shop on Shop Helper AI. They still call, text, or walk in. You take the order. They pay you on PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. You mark it paid when the money lands.

Add what you sell and the questions that job needs. The helper uses that product’s questions when you take the next order. Hats are not shirts. A banner is not a DTF gang. You decide what gets asked.
Proofs, invoices, and pickup texts
Send them from the shared Shop Helper number. You do not set up Twilio. You need the customer’s phone on the order. Message rates are on the platform.

Shop Email is optional
Connect Gmail with an app password, or Outlook, if you want email too. Personal Gmail needs 2-Step first. Work or school Gmail often blocks app passwords. SMS still works without email.
They pay the shop
Paste your PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle links under Account. They show on the invoice. Shop Helper does not take the customer’s payment.
Plans
Start with a 7-day trial. Then upgrade. When you upgrade, usage counters reset. Trial use does not eat the paid month. Voice is on every plan.
